With a thermal performance up to five times better than other widely used insulation materials, aerogels resist moisture, flame spread, and smoke emission. Aerogels accommodate maximum temperatures up to 1200°F.

Pyrogel® 2250 High Temperature

Pyrogel® 2250 Aerogel is designed for high temperature applications. Pyrogel® 2250 is flexible, with very low thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance, and water resistance (hydrophobicity); its maximum use temperature is 300°F.

Pyrogel® XT-E High Temperature

A flexible aerogel blanket with very low thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance, and water resistance (hydrophobicity), Pyrogel® XT-E is well-suited for high temperature insulation applications. Widely used for insulating piping, vessels, tanks, and other related equipment, Pyrogel® XT-E has a maximum use temperature of 1200°F.

Cryogel® and Cryogel Z®

Cryogel® and Cryogel Z® are designed for sub-ambient and cryogenic applications. Applications for this unique product include industries such as LNG production and storage facilities.

Microlite® Lightweight Fiberglass Blanket

A lightweight and highly resilient insulation providing high thermal and acoustical efficiency in a minimum space.The fibers that make up Microlite® are noncombustible, and carry UL Fire Hazard Classification 25/50.Temperature limit is 350°F.

Valulite® Flexible Fiberglass Blanket

This fiberglass blanket offers economy and flexibility in both thermal and acoustical situations, has a temperature limit of 350°F, and UL Fire Hazard Classification 25/50.

DuraCore™ Fiberglass Blanket

Highly resilient, insulation made from noncombustible, non-hygroscopic borosilicate glass fibers. It has a temperature limit of 350°F, and UL Fire Hazard Classification of 25/50.

Tuf-Skin® and Tuf-Skin II® Fiberglass Blanket

Dual-density fiberglass blankets are the most widely used insulation for HVAC equipment applications. They carry a UL Fire Hazard Classification on 25/50, with a temperature limit of 250°F.

Exact-O-Mat® Resilient Fiberglass Blanket

Flexible, resilient fiberglass insulation with a temperature limit of 250°F, and UL Fire Hazard Classification 25/50.Well-suited for use in HVAC equipment, it resists damage and withstands the effects of high air velocities.

SG Series Spin-Glas® Fiberglass Blanket

An efficient thermal and acoustical fiberglass blanket, this product is ideal for use in double-wall HVAC equipment operating up to 350°F, and carries UL Fire Hazard Classification 25/50.
