Pacor's RapidWrap™ Gate Valve Insulation Covers are designed for IPS pipe sizes 0.50"00 to 24.00", in variations of 150#, 300#, 600#, 900# and 1500#. They are removable and reusable, combining for easy maintenance and trouble shooting.

RapidWrap Gate Valve (or shut off valve) Insulation Covers are hand sewn and use 304 SS Mesh as the inner facing and silicone coated F/G Cloth as the outer facing. These covers will find applications in the refining, petrochemical, medical and boiler industries, or wherever energy loss is a concern.
