Pacor, Inc. is proud to be a Partner/Fabricator and Stocking Distributor of Aspen Aerogels™, manufacturer of revolutionary insulation materials made from nanoporous aerogel, the world's lowest density solid and most effective thermal insulator. These materials are available in an advantageous flexible form for service temperatures from -460°F (-270°C) to 1200°F (650°C). This wide range enables the insulation to perform in low, high, and dual temperature applications.
Aerogels have a broad range of applications: Commercial Cooking Equipment, Building and Construction, Refining and Processing Industries, LNG Ships, Storage and Transfer Systems, Removable Insulation Covers, Transportation, Apparel, Military and Aerospace, and more.
The advantages of aerogel insulation are numerous:
- Two to eight times the insulation value for the same thickness compared to traditional materials
- Extremely thin profile, which increases the internal volume within tight spaces (more usable area for the same footprint)

As a stocking distributor, Pacor Inc. inventories both Aspen's Pyrogel® and Cryogel™ products. Pyrogel is used in high temperature applications, while Cryogel is used in sub-ambient and cryogenic applications.
As a Partner/Fabricator,Pacor Inc. is equipped to fabricate these materials to your specifications. Our precision die cutting, laminating, slitting-sheeting, and encapsulating capabilities can meet your most demanding specifications.
