Pacor's UltraGard™ pre-cut aerogel insulation combines the best of both worlds: All the advantages of revolutionary aerogel insulation in an easy-to-use, pre-cut form for pipe wrap. Designed for the refinery and chemical processing industries, UltraGard pipe wrap insulation cuts energy loss and extends pipe rack efficiencies in piping systems. Aerogels are hydrophobic and they perform extremely well in high temperature and cryogenic environments.

UltraGard comes in the following sizes:
	Thickness: 5 mm Length: 59 1/2" nominal Widths: 1 1/2", 2", 3"
	Thickness: 10 mm Length: 59 1/2" nominal Width: 1 1/2", 2", 3"
UltraGard is available in the above sizes in both Pyrogel® XT for high temperature applications and Cryogel™ Z for cryogenic applications.
	Maximum Use Temperatures: Pyrogel XT - 1200°F (650°C) Cryogel Z - 194°F (90°C)

Aerogels are 2 to 8 times more efficient than traditional insulation materials. Environmentally safe, aerogel insulation features reduced thickness which results in a very thin profile, making it ideal for a wide variety of pipe wrapping situations. Aerogels are also hydrophobic, with excellent resistance to moisture.
