PACOR, Inc. offers custom fabrication of a wide variety of insulating materials to meet design specifications. A Select Master Fabricator of Johns Manville, PACOR can fabricate Tuf-Skin®, ValuliteT, Whispertone®, Microlite®, or other Johns Manville fiberglass products to unique specifications. For applications where temperatures can range from -460°F (-273°C) to 1200°F (649°C), PACOR can provide aerogel insulation manufactured by Aspen Aerogels. This revolutionary material has an extremely thin profile and performs equally well in low, high, and dual temperature applications. When the application requires the most demanding thermal management, up to 3000°F, PACOR's high temperature ceramic insulation products are ideal. They provide excellent insulating properties, including low thermal conductivity and heat storage. This wide range of materials has been fabricated to meet application needs in the HVAC, food service equipment, appliance, industrial heating, transportation, and a host of other industries.

Matching the right material to the application, PACOR utilizes extensive fabrication capabilities to provide cost effective solutions to insulating problems. Capabilities include: precision die cutting; computer numerical control (CNC) cutting systems; encapsulating; kitting services; industrial sewing; close tolerance slitting-sheeting; and kiss cutting. In addition, PACOR can provide adhesive and film laminating; custom foam treatments; and application of pressure sensitive adhesives (PSA).
