Pacor's PaCoat™ product line features standard length rolls of Aerogel with foil scrim laminated on both sides, a specially formulated spray coating on both sides, or a specially formulated powder coat on both sides. Each of these options are intended to reduce any dust that can be found on Aerogel.

Utilizing Aspen Aerogels insulation, the lowest thermal conductivity insulating material available, Pacor has designed easy to attach thin profile product options that are ideal for firewalls, hot spots under hoods and driver compartments, headliners, floors, and walls.

Our plants in Gastonia, NC and Vidalia, GA are equipped with state-of-the-art machinery to meet your every requirement.
Die Cutting
Our die cutting capabilities include rotary, movable head press and stationary press in presses up to 80 tons. We will be happy to discuss contract die cutting for your business.
Adhesive and Film Laminating
Our laminating capabilities include up to 69" in width on three different size machines to ensure efficiencies. Our gluing capability has a UL rating. We have the ability to put Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) on just about any material we fabricate.
Waterjet Cutting
State-of-the-art waterjet cutting resulting in extremely accurate parts.
Encapsulating
We have the capability to seal with plastic or heat sealable foil, depending on your requirements.
Slitting - Sheeting
Our slitting capability includes up to 60" in width on multiple machines.
Computer Numerical Control
Our Computer Numerical Control (CNC) capability ensures the accuracy that you expect from your supplier.
Kiss Cutting
With roll-to-roll cutting, it is possible to eliminate parts, reduce inventory, and cut costs.
Vacuum Forming
We have the capability to vacuum form with heat sealed plastic, should your application require it.

Industrial Sewing

Aerogel Fabrication
Our Gastonia, NC facility has facilities specifically dedicated to fabricate aerogel insulation.
