Through the years Pacor has developed an impressive array of fabricating capabilities, including die cutting, CAD driven cutting systems, laminating, slitting, kiss cutting, industrial sewing, and others. With experience in over 100 markets, the company has gained considerable expertise in the HVAC, food service equipment, light commuter rail, locomotive, appliance, industrial heating, and acoustical industries.
Pacor developed and produces RapidWrap®, the premier removable, reusable thermal insulation cover in the market today. RapidWrap covers have found use on turbines, heat exchangers, flanges, valves, diesel engines, and other thermal equipment and acoustical applications.
Another proprietary product is UltraGard® precut aerogel pipe wrap. UltraGard is designed for use in the refining and petrochemical industries. Made with revolutionary aerogel insulation, it features an extremely thin profile, hydrophobicity, and is very easy to install.
